At Embrace The Hill LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Physical Products (Apparel, Accessories & Mugs)

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• The item is in its original packaging with tags attached

• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale or discounted

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at embracethehill.llc@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your

refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment

method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of

delivery at embracethehill.llc@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Downloadable Content)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of courses and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

• You were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access• The product did not match its description

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at

3. Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
