Born and raised in Puerto Rico, my drive to serve was shaped early. After earning my B.A. in Criminal Justice from Inter American University of Puerto Rico, I enlisted in the U.S. Army, the first chapter of a career defined by discipline, purpose, and breaking through.
From Child Abuse and Neglect Investigator with Texas DFPS to State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety, I never stopped climbing. While patrolling the roads of Texas, I completed my M.S. in Forensic Psychology, because growth doesn't wait for a convenient moment.
As a Special Agent, I conducted complex investigations into major drug trafficking and human trafficking, including undercover operations. Now serving as Lieutenant leading a major drug trafficking squad, every step of this journey has reinforced one truth: leadership is not given, it is built.
